In order to continue to deliver on that promise, we will be raising our service labor fee starting on March 15th, 2023. This change is necessary to ensure that we can continue to deliver the best possible service to all of our customers.
We understand that change can be challenging. So, for those customers who would like to extend the benefits of the old rates, we are pleased to offer a bundle of 20 service hours at the old price. Customers who prepay for this bundle will pay $325 for T&M customers (regular rate) and end up saving $700. This service offer will expire on March 10th.
A Full-Service Agreement with Swissray is still the best way to protect your investment in your Swissray ddR system. We can customize a package for your practice’s unique needs and ensure that your contract covers the maintenance you need.
Our Full-Service Agreements include weekday coverage during business hours (8 am to 5 pm, your local time), 4-hour on-site response time, two preventive maintenance inspections per year, service and clinical applications phone support, and troubleshooting. We provide full coverage for parts used during the duration of the service agreement (X-ray tube coverage is not included and must be purchased separately). The travel and labor for on-site troubleshooting from a Swissray Field Service Engineer is included during regular business hours and discounted outside of normal business hours.
With our Full-Service Agreement, a 99% system uptime is guaranteed.
