Types of Agreements

A Full Service Agreement with Swissray is the best way to protect your investment in your Swissray ddR system. Swissray can customize a package for your practice’s unique needs, ensuring that your contract covers the maintenance you need. Full Service Agreements Include:
  • Coverage on weekdays during business hours (8 am to 5 pm, your local time)
  • 4 hour on-site response time
  • Two preventive maintenance inspections per year
  • Service and Clinical Applications phone support and troubleshooting
  • Full coverage for parts used during the duration of the service agreement (X-ray tube coverage is not included and must be purchased separately) 99% system uptime guaranteed
  • Travel and labor for on-site troubleshooting from a Swissray Field Service Engineer included during normal business hours
  • Discounted labor and travel for on-site troubleshooting from a Swissray Field Service Engineer outside of normal business hours
Need additional coverage? Speak to a service representative about adding X-ray tube coverage, support outside of traditional business hours and more!
If you employ an on-site support team, our Shared Support Agreement is for you! You’ll benefit from the knowledge and expertise of Swissray’s Field Service Engineers while utilizing your on-site team for most maintenance needs. Shared Support Agreements include:
  • Swissray ddR System training for your on-site support team at your facility
  • Full coverage for parts used during the duration of the service agreement (X-ray tube coverage is not included and must be purchased separately)
  • Discounted labor and travel for on-site troubleshooting from a Swissray Field Service Engineer
  • Service and Clinical Applications phone support and troubleshooting
Our Preventive Maintenance Option includes two complete maintenance inspections and system calibrations per year. A full system compliance report is included with each inspection. Replacement parts, labor and travel are not included in the price of this agreement.
